Wreck scene on Dauphin Island Parkway Rendel Lowe, FOX10 News UPGRADE FROM MPD: On Wednesday, August 19, 2020 at around 5:51 a.m., authorities responded to Dauphin Island Parkway at Brill Road in reference to a single vehicle crash. Initial examination exposed that the motorist of the SUV was traveling southbound on Dauphin Island Parkway, struck a truck that remained in the outdoors lane picked up the traffic signal, and after that struck a pole before coming to rest. The driver of the SUV was killed on impact. He is determined as 39-year-old Adam Scott Erwin. The driver of the truck was not hurt.

MOBILE, Ala. (WALA)– Two cars were involved in a serious wreck this morning on Dauphin Island Parkway. Cops inform FOX10 News it took place about 5:51 a.m. Cops state a pickup truck was stopped at the light at Dauphin Island Parkway and Brill Roadway. A Ford vehicle headed south on Dauphin Island Parkway raked into the truck and then hit an utility pole, police stated.
The MPD tells FOX10 News the person in the Ford car did not survive the accident.
The chauffeur of the pickup truck was not hurt.
