Joanie Mallet, Special Event Planner with the City of Mobile’s Unique Events Department joined us on Studio10 to speak about “Kids Days to Go”.
Kids Days To Go starts today and continues the following two Thursdays (6/18, 6/25 & & 7/2). The occasions will occur from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Sage Park car park right away adjacent to their workplaces at 2900 Dauphin St.
They’ll be handing out totally free craft kids to all kids (only one per child and children should exist). Drive through the Sage Park parking lot and get a bag of Happy for FREE!!! Since we must social distance, your good friends with the City of Mobile’s Special Events Department have found a method to still enjoy this yearly summertime event. Moms and dads, grandparents, and caretakers can drive the kids through the car park at Sage Park, past the white camping tent in the back and be handed a bag of complimentary crafts to finish every week.
Every week will have a different theme with different activities, so make certain to come by every Thursday noted. The Mobile County Bookmobile will also be established in the parking area so kids can take part in the Summertime Reading program. For those driving, get in the car park from Dauphin Street and follow the barriers and indications to our tent o’ enjoyable.
