MOBILE, Ala. (WALA)– Mobile Cops apprehended a 3rd suspect in a deadly shooting at an apartment building on Azalea Road.
Detectives were called to Summertime Place on Sunday, June 28, after they had a call that a man had actually been shot. When officers showed up, they found that the victim, determined as 27-year-old De’Varea Rashad Powell, was no longer at the scene.
His body was later discovered in the woods off of Shelton Beach Road. Raquise Murphy, 26, and Rudolph Caver, 25, were detained Tuesday and on Wednesday, cops jailed the third suspect, determined as 25-year-old Gary Hudson. All 3 males are charged with murder.
